Orders

When will my order ship?
Every piece is printed when you order it. Printing usually takes 2 to 5 business days, then it ships with tracking. Most orders arrive within 5 to 12 business days. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.

How much is shipping?
$6.95 on orders under $50, $9.95 on orders from $50 to $124.99, and free on orders of $125 or more.

Where's my order?
You'll get an email with a tracking link when it ships. Can't find it? Email us your order number and we'll look it up.

I ordered a shirt and a hat. Why did only one show up?
Shirts and hats are made in different print shops, so they ship in separate boxes and can arrive a few days apart. Each box has its own tracking.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Usually, if you catch us quick. Email us right away. Once it goes to print, we can't change it.

Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. For now we ship to all 50 states only.

What payment do you take?
Major credit and debit cards and Shop Pay. Everything is processed securely at checkout.

Fit and care

How do your shirts fit?
Each product page has a Size & fit chart with garment measurements. Our heavier tees have a relaxed fit, so size down if you like it closer. Our lighter tees have a classic fit that runs true to size.

Can I get exact measurements?
The Size chart link next to the size picker on each product page has them. Still unsure? Email us the product and we'll help you pick.

How should I wash it?
Wash cold, inside out, and tumble dry low. Don't iron right on the print. Dyed shirts soften and fade a little over time, and that's how they're supposed to look.

Returns

Can I return or exchange for a different size?
Since every piece is printed to order, we can't take returns or exchanges for size or a change of mind. Please check the size chart before you order.

What if something arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong?
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it free, and you don't need to send it back.
