Shipping rates
- $6.95 on orders under $50.
- $9.95 on orders from $50 to $124.99.
- Free shipping on orders of $125 or more.
- We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We don't ship outside the US yet.
How long it takes
Nothing sits in a warehouse. Every piece is printed when you order it.
- Printing: usually 2 to 5 business days.
- Delivery: most orders arrive within 5 to 12 business days of ordering.
You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
More than one box
Our shirts and hats are made by different print shops. If you order both, they'll ship separately and may show up a few days apart. You only pay shipping once, and every box gets its own tracking.
Address problems
Please double-check your address at checkout. If a package comes back because the address was wrong, we'll work with you to send it again, but the reshipping cost may be on you.
Lost packages
If tracking says delivered but you can't find it, email us your order number and we'll look into it right away. It can also help to check with neighbors and your local post office.
Returns and exchanges
Every piece is printed to order, so we can't take returns or exchanges for size or a change of mind. Check the fit and fabric notes on each product page before you order.
Damaged, misprinted or wrong? Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement free, or refund you if we can't replace it. You don't need to send anything back.
Changes and cancellations
Email us right away and we can usually cancel or change an order within a few hours. Once it goes to print, it can't be changed.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5 to 10 business days to show up.
