This website is operated by The Highland Line, LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company ("we," "us," "our"). By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Products and orders

Our products are printed to order. We try to show colors and prints as accurately as we can, but screens vary and garment-dyed fabrics can differ slightly from piece to piece. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product was listed at the wrong price or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars and can change without notice. Applicable sales tax and shipping are added at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider; we don't store your full card details.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping, returns and refunds are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, logos, photos and text on this site belong to The Highland Line, LLC or Highland Proper, LLC and may not be copied, sold or reproduced without our written permission.

Use of the site

Don't use the site for anything unlawful, try to interfere with how it works, or attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours.

Third-party services

Our store runs on Shopify, and orders are printed and shipped by our print partners. We aren't responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites linked from ours.

Limitation of liability

Our products and site are provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.
